Pantry Organization: What you see is what you eat

See real food. Eat real food.

Clearing out your pantry can be an eye-opening experience. You may learn that you're a bean hoarder. Or that if you combined all your half-filled bags of lentils, you could serve an army if they stopped by for dinner. Storing dry goods in glass containers allows you to see the food in your pantry: what you have and how much. Cooking and eating healthy, unprocessed food becomes a reality when you’re faced with a cupboard full of beautiful, real ingredients.

We love glass storage containers for collecting dry goods like beans, lentils, coffee, nuts, or grains. Airtight and free of chemicals like BPA and lead, your food is safe and tastes the way it’s supposed to. Plus they're dishwasher safe. Once you see your food stored in glass, the shelves of half-rolled bags, boxes and cans will be history!

Do you know what’s hiding in your pantry?  We recommend regularly taking inventory and cooking from the cupboard.  Here are 6 of our favorite pantry-clearing recipes.
